They didnt. They said we had agreed a fee and he was in london for talks. If Sky Sports is reporting a player is undergoing a medical, 99% of the time it will come off.

What sky sports said was the understand we have agreed a fee for Rolan, was true, they said he was in London to meet the club, also true. They never said he had passed a medical

But all in all it does mean nothing until it's all done and dusted

I don't understand why people say him wanting to play in the premier league is the same as him not wanting to play for us. If he ever signs for us then it means he is happy to play for us.
To many the Premier league is the best league in the world. Of course he wants to play there, Its many players dreams so I don't blame him for holding out.
You have to look at the situation from his point of view not only our point of view

Fulham have agreed a £5m deal for Rolan with Bordeaux, but the player is not sold on a move to the Championship and is holding out for a Premier League or La Liga club.

Fair enough. True. We'll see. I would like Rolan as well if Slavisa has decided he is going to play with a pacey striker.

To be quite frank I would prefer Kamara.The fact he wants to play for us means a hell of alot more than Rolan's status / reputation.He clearly is not keen so jog him right on.

Kamara and Rolan are both pacey, both would work in our system it would seem. I just believe we will sign a different type plus a pacey striker to give us options
