NFR: Aston Villa, Commercial plans, and communication with their fans

As much as I dislike anyone else in our division, I found this which is an incredibly open piece by new Villa commercial manager , Luke Organ. Goes into depth about delays for kit launches, exact plans around iFollow, wifi, fan experience and so on. Something we can look to emulate maybe? They seem to care about the fan experience and communication with the fans, rewarding loyalty and so forth, obviously on a bigger scale of what we do.
There's plenty of flaws in it , and it may end up go t1ts up, but thought it'd be good to share, moreso than another pointless transfer rumour.
