With Parker gone, Cairney takes the armband officially but who's next in line?

The contenders must be Bettinelli, Kalas, McDonald, Johansen and Aluko. I can't think of anyone else........

I think I'd go for Kalas but McDonald is close. We don't have many leaders on/ off the picture which played its part against Reading in May.

same technique we used to persuade mccormack to stay an extra half season when he wanted to leave... probably did it with cairney as well... say you want to leave and you get the captain's armband for a bit
