I feel we need a change in style. Our wingers have become redundant due to the method of marking of them. Every team double ups on our wingers, and hence we often playing with 9 men.

Would like to see a 3-4-2-1 style that seems to be becoming the new 4-2-3-1, maybe this:

Kebano will help support Fonte, and Cairney will have the chance to free roam, putting less defensive duties for him.
