Defending corners

I know we conceded from the corner last Saturday but it was not even a good corner kick.
Their player miskicks the ball into the edge of our area,
1) Norwood miskicks his clearance.
2) Ojo should have made contact with the ball and kicked it up the field.
3)Kalas and Ream both went to head the ball clear but bumped into one of their players.
4) Sess should have blocked the shot on target.

I was at the game but did not realise the errors we made until I saw it on the TV over the weekend.

We must do better at defending corners and free kicks into our penalty area.

It would be nice if we could actually score from one too.

Goals against over the season so far is not the problem (its gonna happen in this league) its failing to get the second goal that's the problem!

I have a feeling there will be goals and I'm hoping to see the majority for us at the City ground tonight.

A couple of one - nil wins would do us the world of good though!

Oh for CB´s like Roger Brown & Bobby Keetch who both attacked corners with runs into the box rather than our CB´s who seem to just stand & try to out jump defenders. They can´t generate power that way.
