Refreshing the page will help with this. Had the same issue and refreshed, and the issue was gone. The flash player FFCtv use is Kaltura player, which is actually quite good and robust. FFCtv use a multi-source presentation with sound being the dominant, so depending on connectivity, audio device, browser and CPU performance, there are always variables that could result in an audio/video sync issues.
