Next four games...

Fulham's next four games:
(H) Burton... League position: 22nd ... Recent Form: WLDWL
(A) Barnsley... League position: 19th ... Recent Form: LDDWD
(H) Nottm F... League position 15th ... Recent Form: DLLDL
(A) Bolton... League position 21st ... Recent Form: WLWWL

All of Fulham's next four games are against opposition in the lower half of the table. The highest of which, Nottingham at 15th, are the ones in arguably the worst form. In theory these are entirely winnable games given our recent run (even though if you ask me our form is a bit deceiving about whether or not we've dominated games...)

However... we know with Fulham it's the games we're meant to win that we really struggle with at times. Would really love us to get a good run out of this as I think crossing the threshold into the top 6 will have a brilliant effect on the team, but I think Burton at home has all the makings of a difficult game...

How do you all think we'll fair in these games?

It does not make much difference to who we play. We are capable of beating the best and losing to the worst.
The biggest mistake anyone can make us to think the next 4 games to be any easier than any others.
We have to be professional and ruthless and concentrate. Each match has its own challenge.
This Division can be unforgiving and a grave yard for teams with a soft underbelly, and a weak spine.

That's true enough, but the point is for the next four matches we don't have to give a toss what anyone else in the league is doing. Win those four and we're well placed to move into the cold weather with some padding.

It always proves more difficult with Fulham and estimating the pionts in advance leads to dissapiontment, would take 10 pionts.

Hi Don, we've already moved into the cold weather over here and a very cold snap forecast this week.

One game at a time, please.  There is no such thing as easier opposition on the day as Burton have already demonstrated to us this season.

Please , please let us not fall into the trap of counting chickens. Maximum concentration right now has t be on avoiding Saturday's banana skin and reversing  the season's earlier result against a hard fighting Burton.
