Right this is the first scrapbook of three, they were done by my aunt when she was a very young girl (I don't think she had any scissors though. lol).
They are just newspaper reports and pictures of Fulham games from 1948 to 1951. I had to make e/copies of them because they were falling apart and soon there will be nothing left of them. I know they arn't going to be much use to the majority of users on this site, but just thought someone may enjoy reading some of the old clippings. I've uploaded one picture just to show you what I mean.

This is the link for Scrapbook 1 it's a 80mb file:

I will be doing 2 & 3 in the next few days.

Well I can't speak for anyone else, but I love this sort of things. Fascinating.

Thanks for uploading it. :045:
English by birth, Fulham by the grace of God.

No doubt there would be copyright issues but I think scrapbook annuals of past seasons would sell well to fans.

I'd love to be able to buy books comprising newspaper reports etc which allow you to follow a long forgotten season. The older the better.

I think an opportunity is being lost here.

...FFCcravencottage, this is wonderful stuff - meat and drink to me, thank you for posting these, with your permission I would like to use the links in our history section.

To Tony Gilroy, there is a publication similar to what you described, I have a copy of this at home and if memory serves it goes back to 1908.

The only criticisms are that it is expensive (overpriced for the actual content in my opinion) averaging at £44 to £50 (you can buy it new from Toffs or second hand on e-bay), the pages are all from the Daily Mirror, and (understandably I suppose) a large chunk from 1975 to the 90's is missing, presumably as we were in lower leagues and would only receive 5 or 6 lines of reports:-

I bought mine for £12 on e-bay having resisted buying it new, but you have to search around. The book is very large but thin and doesn't fit in my bookshelves, and although interesting is not worth more than £20-25 for it's specialist limited run value...
