What Villa do is frankly almost irreverent to our case.

Its simple really, its a race for second between Cardiff, Fulham & Villa but its what we do that counts and that's the only issue with regards to Villa.

Doubt cardiff can do better than 3 wins a draw and one efeat...

I disagree. Win tonight and they are within 2 points. They will be very much in the hunt then if we fail to win tomorrow.

If they don't win tonight, then I agree

But the point is that if Villa were to overhaul us so what?  Either we keep winning in which case we will probably seal 2nd place or we don't in which case it is the playoff lottery and whether Villa have sneaked past us into third or we get third, who cares? So really, Villa are an irrelevance.
