This is why they can't beat Derby. They're not going to lose to Reading. They need two draws from the next 3. I could see that against Derby which would mean Hull and Reading could be must wins for them which will make them panic.

What's good is we will basically know on Tuesday if we can get second or not. If not, we have time to rest players.
