Watering the Pitch

An interesting point that was made by the Sky commentator was that a watered pitch normally suits Fulham's passing style of play.
He also mentioned that Milwall deliberately did not water their pitch last week as much as they normally do as they did not want to favour Fulham.
Last night with that rain it was more than slightly over done!!
