This isn't really a story is it, or is it the result of daft journalism?



Player has promotion pay rise clause in his contract...  not his fault if he's out on loan and out of favour. Yes he was unfit but that's a standard contract Aston Villa agreed to . He's part of the team and if they succeed, he's part of the success.
