Same issue.... although my daughters ST is linked to mine and I had previously bought her STs via my account I could not buy her Derby ticket.
Gave up and called the Ticket Office, raised the issue with them and don't hold out much hope for a resolution ...it took the chap a considerable amount of time trying to interpret my address and post code. Even said phonetically several times.

So, shambles when renewing my ST and now this... No doubt it will be another £uc&ing shambles should we end up needing tickets for Wembley.
The ticket office really is "not fit for purpose"....

But hey ho, I've got mine and my daughters ticket now  :wine:

Away coach ticket advertised at £17 but I have been charged £22.  To be fair this is a standard problem that occurs for me.  I email the club and they credit me back the £5.  Hopefully they will do so again.

£17 for ST/Member, otherwise £22.  Need to chose the ST/Mem option when purchasing. (not saying you didn't) but as it's the third box down it's easy sometimes to mistakenly click on the Adult option.  I have done this myself previously.

Would it really have been too much trouble for the club to have posted a simple tweet or to have put something on the official  just to let supporters know that they are aware of the problems and they are trying to resolve them,
The customer service at Southern Rail is world class compared to the Fulham ticket office,
Hopefully The F.S.T will have plenty to say this month on the issue and raise concerns over Wembley ticket issue should we get there.

Ok a setting has changed (By TM) and for this game only every ST holder has to either buy their own ticket through there own login, or you need to change the setting to manage account which involves logging into individual accounts anyway.

Thanks MJG - by implication it's Ticketmaster's fault then.  (As a slight aside it does seem to me that many are quick to throw rocks at the Ticket Office, when it's Ticket master who get things wrong.)  But as you have said, there is a work round, albeit fiddly for some.
The world is made up of electrons, protons, neurons, possibly muons and, definitely, morons.

Anyone still having issues with Family & Friend ticket purchases for the home game there are two options you can try:

1: Login and go to each person in your group under My Network and request a change to Manage their account.
An email will be sent to allow the change, it might be to your own email account if that's where its registered and if not to their own.
You/They would need to then login to the FFC account online as that person to select allow permission under MY Network.
If that account does not have an email you would need to set it up.

2: Only other option is you/they login to each account individually and book. You need to go into the accounts anyway if you follow option 1, but it's the only way to get it to work.
