Set pieces

No.. Not another short corner moan, I promise! That's surely a closed case now.

Instead I wanted to ask everyone how they think we should defend set pieces. For me, Villa will target the corners, cheap free kicks in our half etc with Terry, Jedinak and co.

I propose we work this week on Mitrovic man marking some strong, tall bloke we drag up from the youth team to mimic Terry. Then McDonald on someone imitating Jedinak etc etc. Ie we match our tall, strong players to theirs and not automatically stick our (shorter) CBs on them.

I fear we won't learn from past mistakes and put Odoi/Ream on Terry and live to regret it after the second or third corner.

Ps I would start Odoi after his gallant performance last week (especially against Villas front three who are more pacy and technical than big and burly like Jerome) so this is not an attempt at bashing Odoi.
