Rennaisance

At last we escape from the brutal wilderness.
Where desperate minnows and Sleeping Giants
Champ at the bit to clamber up the chart
And by hook or crook they seek the golden fleece.

We will never forget the previous horrors,
Remembering when a big Hill, The Moneymen
and Mo stopped our free fall slide
down the slippery slope, off the edge of our world.

Now we are again back where we belong.
A significant step, willed on by the white wall.
New Messiahs with a new philosophy,
Not a  sleeping giant but a sleeping beauty.

Well -written, intelligent stuff. Mind you, a thread with the title "Rennaissance" was not going to attract the same amount of viewers as say  "Sess off to Barcelona", or continuing the literary theme "Nick Bateman is a Trollope".

But well done Kent!
