Nice to see a Finnish Supporters Club join the ranks. I'm guessing that a few fans must have followed Roy from the Finnish International role over to some small Club called Fulham. Maybe, like the rest of us, they fell in love with the Club once they visited The Cottage. Good to see that they have hung around a little longer than their old boss did!

Good on you fellas. Anyone on this board from Finland?

English by birth, Fulham by the grace of God.

...we must have a fair few Scandinavians on here by now, maybe we should put the FoF name about a bit more..?

We surely must have the best ski team in the Prem  :005:

Well, the Norwegian Liverpool supporters club has more than 27.000 members so I guess we have some catching up to do.

Hence, my time as a ski/snowboard/telemark instructor on the astro turf in Wycombe has to count for something  :005:

Be careful LB, don't call the Mumin trolls Scandis, as Finland isn't part of Scandinavia.  :002:

...my apologies Nick, but it has to be said they are pretty damn close geographically :dft001:

Anyway, to prove we can all have fun with a Finn, courtesy of Monty Python:-

Finland, Finland, Finland
The country where I want to be
Pony trekking or camping
Or just watching TV
Finland, Finland, Finland
It's the country for me

You're so near to Russia
So far from Japan
Quite a long way from Cairo
Lots of miles from Vietnam

Finland, Finland, Finland
The country where I want to be
Eating breakfast or dinner
Or snack lunch in the hall
Finland, Finland, Finland
Finland has it all

You're so sadly neglected
And often ignored
A poor second to Belgium
When going abroad

Finland, Finland, Finland
The country where I quite want to be
Your mountains so lofty
Your treetops so tall
Finland, Finland, Finland
Finland has it all

Finland, Finland, Finland
The country where I quite want to be
Your mountains so lofty
Your treetops so tall
Finland, Finland, Finland
Finland has it all

Finland has it all

No need to appologise LB, not easy to know. They are however a part of the Nordic Region just to make it even more confusing.

Yes, a warm welcome to all of the members of Tampere, Finland.  A good effort and job well done to them.

Have i ever mentioned i was one of only about 250 Fulham supporters in our first ever proper away game in European competion (that Anglo Italian thing dont really count)? Yep me and three other Northolt Whites were present in our away draw to the Mighty FC Haka. Beautiful country by the way. A warm walcome to the Finns  :54: .
