Another Carry On Star goes soon after her friend Liz Fraser...She was superb in Carry On Screaming,and lots of other parts,many times playing the seductress.

A very talented actress, with her dark beauty and deep, seductive voice.

She will always be fondly remembered for her starring roles in the Carry On films, though she was an experienced  stage actress, whose role as Ibsen's  Hedda Gabler has been described as 'stunning.'.

Sadly suffered a severe stroke a week or so ago. She was the voice of the Village in The Prisoner as well as a fine comedy and straight actress. She was simply unique. Once you heard her voice you knew immediately there could be no other like it.  All the best to her friends, family and fans.
