Too young. Very sad great player.
1975 just leaving home full of hope

Lighthouse

Only 64 I think. Comes from the age when we all knew the 1-11 of most sides. A tough character and sad to see him leave the field too early. Sympathy to friends and family and fans.
The above IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT. It is an opinion.

We may yet hear the horse talk.

I can stand my own despair but not others hope

Was he only that age,RIO kevin.

What a player Kevin was. Far too young. RIP.

Rest In Peace Kevin.
Deepest condolences to family.

Far too young.
The atmosphere's fresh and the debate lively.

A lot of players who played with him reckon he was phenomenal. Would've gone down as one of the great defenders if not for injury

Magnificent and a phenomenal player and character and leader. He could have been one of England's greats if it hadn't been for injuries which inevitably shortened his career.
I remember in 1975 when England crushed Scotland to pulp 5 1, he scored his first goal for England.
It was the late Alan Balls last game. They made him Captain.
Micky Channon, Gerry Francis, Colin Bell and Kevin Keegan all played in that game.
Kevin Beatie scored in that 5 1 demolition.
Its not the man in the fight, it's the fight in the man.  🐘

Never forget your Roots.

Top, top player, real strong character, a leader and inspiration.

Such a shame to go so young.
RIP
