So we might keep them down to 2 or 3.

Even with our form we have to look to be bringing 3 points home from that game, especially as Cairney is back.

If we lose this one, then we really are in trouble....if we aren't already!!

As each game makes us look worse and worse. Goodness knows what another weeks work will accomplish.

Lighthouse I had a thought regarding your comment. Seeing we weren't as bad at the beginning of the season as we are now is it possible Stuart Grey was coaching us at the beginning and then who ever took over from him is coaching us incorrectly,  and is actually have a more and more negative affect on our performance. When did Grey leave, does this coincide when we started getting worse?
Anyway who are Fulham's coaches st the moment?

Didn't Grey go before a ball was kicked this season? Parker was appointed and a new keeper coach as well. But I am not sure on the timings or what Parkers coaching responsibility is. I do know that Joka and his system has confused everybody along with the change in team sheets and tactics. But I would be astonished if anybody is actually coaching.

We played them yesterday and had a pretty comfortable time but Huddersfield did have a few long range efforts which tested us - and the first half was quite even.

They were let down by some awful defending - sure the goals we scored were good but for the first two their defence hardly put a tackle in against probably our 2 most skilful players!

Like most teams Huddersfield seemed more interested in passing the ball around backwards and sideways rather than getting crosses in.

I'd personally fancy your forwards to score more than theirs - just a case of can you keep it tight at the back.

Huddersfield managed seven shots on target yesterday (more than Watford).  I can't see us managing that many at Vicarage Rd.  If Kamara is dropped for Vietto, and Cairney starts, we may just have enough creativity going forward.

I know all teams need coaches, but what concerns me is these guys are all seasoned professional football players, I would have thought that basic defending would be schoolboy stuff to them.

Interesting point. When Christie was criticised on MOTD he made the point that he was following the coaches instructions. Much like Fonsah Mensa being out of position and making a rash challenge in the area yesterday. So I think the players are much less able to play the basics when given conflicting or unclear instructions.

We do seem to have a problem with our right backs being out of position at times and it is tempting to say they are having difficulties with the coaches instructions. Fredericks had no such problem last season.

Yes I'm sure Fosu-Mensah was told, if a Bournemouth player gets the ball in the box, even if he's not in a dangerous position and has two Fulham players on top of him, what you need to do is push him clumsily and in full view of the referee. Bloody Jokanovic gggrrrr
