Did anyone get response from lma, I did and boy was it rude..need help!

I could be wrong but I sent what I thought was a reasonable response to their statement. I got an incredibly rude response.

Question, how do I cut and paste what I sent for any opinions from you. Then I can show their response?? Otherwise I can just retype it and show response.

Anyway, I know someone said (think logicalman) it is a waste of time but I responded back appropriately so shall wait and see what I get back.
