Regrettably if we are relegated then it will mean I suspect selling our crown jewel. At todays inflated prices and his increasingly influential performances £50m + does not seem an unreasonable fee. I suspect he will go a long way to balancing the books if that is what is needed

Yes it would be regrettable - but to be fair to him he needs to develop his game in the Premiership. He has been a model professional and deserves to be treated accordingly if we go down
