Are you PR for the Khans ?

.................................................

Sounds like you are an 'unpaid' Khan PR specialist to me.  The Khans have had one good transfer window (last January) and have an equally questionable record at recruiting managers/coaches.  The art form of anyone holding a high position in a football club is to know and trust your advisors and if the Khans have been remiss in quality testing those advisors after this length of time then they are as guilty as anybody else for the mess.

I cannot understand how the owners son has avoided being replaced in his current position in the crack Recruitment Unit.
Hold on wait a minute, let me think, maybe I can.......

What difference would replacing "the owners son" with his "current recruitment advisor" do? That's just replacing the guy "Tony Khan" that convinced Mr Khan to buy Anguissa, with the guy that convinced "Tony Khan" to coninvce his father to buy Anguissa. "The Khans" just needs better football advisors to advise them, with good advisors "Tony Khan" can keep his position.

I have to disagree with you there, yes remove the owners sons advisors, but remove TK also. He is a novice without the required knowledge and qualifications to tell the difference between a Football and a Snowball. He only survives because of who he is, yet they were quick enough to off load Slavisa, who did far more for Fulham FC in the time he was here, than the owners son will do in a decade.
Turning this club into a pantomime, he is an embarrassment.
So we will have to agree to disagree.

A friend of mine many years ago was accused of rape, he was found to be completely and 100% innocent, the girl confessed to making it up, but unfortunately the damage was done nobody apart from me and a couple of others wanted anything to do with him. Now the point I'm getting at here that it matters not one bit with some people what he does, if he does manage to get the players that can do a job, an opinion of him has been formed rightly or wrongly, he is unfortunately on a no win basis.
Personally I have no idea what effort he puts into his job, what players have been approached, whether he makes the tea for his team, or anything as I am not in his company, I really hope he gets the help he needs to turn it around.
That's my little story done,
Thank you

We have many fans who make their mind up about something.  The Khans, Seri, Anguissa and then continue to look for reasons to justify their negative and depressed views.   It happens at most clubs.   It's like Brexit or Politics.  Doesn't really matter a jot about the facts, you are one of them or one of us.

My original post is another view about Fulham's future strategy.  Not a personal view on who is running the show.  My view is that Mitro is massively important to the team.  More then anyone.  We are finding it extremely difficult to bring in a good centre back that is not injured.  Getting a striker of Mitro's quality is even harder.   But could we resist say £50Million..very difficult to see how we could, but if we could it would massively increase our chances of bouncing straight back up again.

This is true but there plenty of people perfectly reasonable, open-minded people who do the research, apply some thought and form rational fact-based views about Brexit, politics, Jean Seri and Tony Khan, and those views may well be critcical. Unfortunately those people just get lumped together with the ones you mention. Which is all rather hypocritical. Yesterday on here I criticised Seri and Anguissa in the same sentence and I got a reply essentially mocking me for my xenophobia. Because obviously to some, the only reason you could possibly criticise a £30m French midfielder who can't get in the team is you are xenophobic.

I doubt if TK  actually makes the final decision re transfers, just signs them off on advisors'- who presumably know something about the game- advice.

WE don't know what he really does day to day, but I do think he has developed a passion for the club and really wants them to do well - based on his enthusiastic involvement - at games, on Twitter, etc.

Just my opinion of course.

As I said yesterday if we go for a rebuild, no matter how well funded, we ain't coming back up for another few years at least. And when we do we just need another rebuild with the risk of having the same problems we've had this year. We tried that method before and it's been a 5-year nightmare. If I was advising the Khans I'd be saying, Let's just screw FFP next season, keep this team together and come straight back up. If that fails THEN go for a rebuild.

There is much wisdom here. We either follow FFP rules or we break them big in one season.
