So my lovelies, here's the state of play as at the end of Week 5 (15 February).

Summary:
- Bit of a comparatively slow week, a combined loss of 10lbs, which is 0.5lbs per participant.
- Looking back since the start, it is actually quite impressive with each participant losing on average 6.5lbs.
