Remember you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.

UEFA is investigating because of information recently made public (Der Spiegel). Fine, but wouldn't you think UEFA should have its own intelligence, how embarrassing that they have to rely on a newspaper expose for information. Or, if you are more cynical, they were well aware but only now feel obliged to act.  Either way UEFA do not look good, at the very least they are way behind the ball.

thought they already investigated them and clear them, nothing will come of it Uefa won't want to upset any big clubs and expel them from their competitions or will it be the EU getting their own back for Brexit

FFP Rules are comically enforced. Cardiff are more likely to get in trouble than Manchester City for a massive sponsorship deal.

Wolves have self-incriminated themselves in their annual report, so their guilt is more clear than a "Diego Mardona handball on VAR".

I am more cynical since, when it comes to major football authorities at whatever level, justice is never packaged honestly as can be seen from the criminal activities from money laundering all the way through the most devious and deceitful practices that greed can invite through the door.

The Rich get Richer and the Poor get Poorer, football is no different. Corruption is no different either.
Guy goes into the doctor's.
"Doc, I've got a cricket ball stuck up my backside
"How's that?"
"Don't you start"

Afraid I tend to the cynical viewpoint too. I was just trying to be balanced. But whichever way you look st it FIFA come out of this very poorly indeed.
