Older blokes like me will never forget the 1960 European Cup Final played in front of 130,000 at Hampden Park. Real Madrid 7 Eintract Frankfurt 3. I have to add last night's game of City v Spurs as not far behind. There have have been some dire games at that stage as teams try to out tactic their opponents for a 1-0 but both went for it. A phenomenal game that is the reason we all love football. The switch of emotions right at the end was the ultimate from ecstasy to despair and vice versa.     :Haynes The Maestro:

Didn't Alfredo Di Stefano score a hat trick in that match, and Ferenc Puskas score 4, and wasn't there 127,621 spectators in the ground.

Yes they did Woolly, they reckon the attendance was much more than said and that was shown as 132,000.   :Haynes The Maestro:

I agree bog, I reckon quite a few got into the ground via a hole or two in the fence.
