Pre season will hopefully be just a small trip to Portugal. Pre season friendlies in locations to appease fans and to attract sponsors only work for the big teams. Even without big trips our pre seasons lately have been disastrous whether it's late planning, having none of the squad  there, having unfit playersoralienatingotbers dueto transfer rumours. I remember Betts being out of favourbecause he was linked to other teams, then he came in late to pre season and got injured I think In the Wolfsburg game
