He really blows hot and cold, today was pretty awful and didn't look that interested, other times a completely different player. Would prefer him to play for us next season rather than leave, on the other hand we could buy 2 decent Championship quality strikers for the price we could get for him, difficult one?

Agree Mitrovic has lost his shooting boots, the chance he had from Cairney's pass should have been converted, his shot was terrible, so high above the goal.

Would love him to stay though, sell him and be sure we will bring in a couple of duds.

Mitrovic has scored 11 goals and got 3 assists for a side sitting in 19th place. He also got 12 goals in the championship, playing in that league for half a season. He performed very well in the World Cup against decent teams and is a pain to mark for the vast majority of premier league centre backs. I have also heard a number of times from pundits or commentators that he is good enough to start in the majority of premier league sides, based on his performance in the premier league. How much better does the man need to perform to classify him as good enough for the PL?
