Quick local authority search gives a couple of current applications:

Most recent regarding changes to the listed Johnny Haynes stand to change a press area into a lounge.

With regards the Riverside, the initial application was 2016. Decision date issued was 27th Oct 2017. You have three years to start works.

The planning portal shows that the club have recently submitted further information required as part of Conditional Planning Approval (standard procedure as designs are finalised).

So we have until 26th October 2020 to start the works before a renewal application will be required.

Is there any news re work done to the Johnny Haynes stand? Surely that's where the dugouts will have to be created when work happens on the riverside? Will that impact seats too?
