Well, "the Khans" was the term used in the post I was replying to
Obviously it was primarily caused by Brexit and the weather, but aside from that, yes I generally treat the owners of a football club as responsible for its performance

I doubt they will be moving two sets of people so I expect that Riversiders will be moved to seats without current incumbents.
