I would have been astounded if Leeds had sold a quality player to, according to the bookies, their strongest rivals for the title this year. I suspect Brentford had a huge advantage over us in this case: being a crap little club that Leeds don't feel threatened by

Leeds have such high regard for him that he's been training in Malmo (Sweden) and wasn't required for their tour to Australia

If, and it's a big if, Bielsa's disregard stems from PJ not wishing to concede against Villa, then as far as I am concerned, it's another plus point for the player.

Look, one of the ten outfield players needs to be a dominant aerial defender who doesn't muck about.  I'm doubtful we have one.  He's a good fit.  Maybe there are better ones out there, but he's capable.
