Do parking restrictions apply around the cottage when there are PL2 games like this evening v Reading ?

I would very much doubt it - I don't remember any none first team fixtures on the list that appear on the parking restriction signs
It could be better but it's real life and not a fantasy

It is usually ok to park near the ground but I would check the signs before parking.
