All would cost plenty of £££ and sadly our budget is very tight to FFP and we will 100% not be spending big until we sell big - i.e. once Mitro is sold as he most assuredly will be once we fail to get promoted this season as our manager isn't up to it.
[/quote]

Jesus Christ change the bloody record about SP!!! 😴😴😴 And where did you read that Mitro will leave if we fail to gain promotion this season? The Khans won't sell him as they don't need the money and he's just signed a a long term contract extension this summer.

Monaco & Everton have made a enquiry about 28 year old Ivory Coast Midfielder Jean Michael Seri from Fulham who is spending loan at Galatasaray.

Get rid, free up some funds

Report: Everton make enquiry for midfielder Jean-Michael Seri

Everton have reportedly made contact about Fulham midfielder Jean-Michael Seri, who is currently out on loan at Turkish club Galatasaray.

The Ivory Coast international left Craven Cottage in the summer on a season-long loan to join Galatasaray.

According to Foot Mercato, both Everton and Monaco have started discussions with the 28-year-old's representatives about a potential move in January.

The report explains they have enquired about his future and it's believed that Toffees manager Carlo Ancelotti was already eyeing him when he Napoli boss.

It's unclear on if Seri's loan deal could be ripped up midway through the season, but it looks like he's in demand ahead of the January transfer window.

Seri is a tenacious central midfielder full of energy and also has an eye for goal when he drives forward.

TBR's View:

It would be a smart move for Ancelotti to strengthen his midfield at Goodison Park in the January window, as it seems a little lightweight at the minute and a fresh body should help the squad.

Seri is an intriguing target that is building his reputation back up in Turkey with Galatasaray and has played Champions League football with them this season.

He was an exciting midfielder that was the total package when he was previously at Lille, but his spell in England so far saw him flop with Fulham and suffer a relegation from the Premier League.

There would definitely be a risk behind bringing him to Merseyside, but Ancelotti should be backed to sign the players he wants.

Fulham are trying to convince Ali Gueddar (Guingamp) to join them

EA Guingamp's 21-year-old attacking midfielder Ali Gueddar wishes to leave the club as soon as possible, according to our colleagues at RMC.

Having signed a professional contract with EAG just six months ago, he has not made a single appearance in a match-day squad under boss Sylvain Didot in Ligue 2 and has a difficult relationship with his board.

The young Frenchman would like to exit the club next month, even though his current deal expires in 6 months (it does however include an option in it for his deal to be extended by another 2 years).

Scouts for Fulham appeared specifically to watch him just before the winter break. The London club has since accelerated their interest by enquiring about the player's appetite for a move and presenting their intended project for him, which includes an initial run in their U23s set-up.

He also has interest from Spain, but that remains a less concrete at this stage.

"Fulham want him" – Manager claims Championship side want his protégé

Fulham are keen on Esteghlal forward Medhi Ghaedi, according to the club's former manager Andrea Stramaccioni.

20-year-old Ghaedi, a forward who can play on either wing but is currently operating in a central role, has clearly shown enough to impress the Championship side.

They are currently fifth in the table, nine points outside of the top two but firmly in line for a play-off place under Scott Parker's leadership.

Additions may arrive in the January transfer window to help with a push for a top-six finish, and according to Stramaccioni, Ghaedi is one they are looking at.

The Italian boss has just returned from six months in charge of Eseghlal after a disagreement over the transfer of his salary brought a premature end to his spell at the club.

Speaking to Corriere Dello Sport, he was discussing his time at the Iranian club and his most significant achievement, Medhi Ghaedi.

"One of my greatest satisfactions is having contributed to the growth of Mehdi Ghaedi," he told the newspaper.

"He is a twenty-year-old boy, last year he played only four games. He was the left-winger, I changed his role, convincing him to make the second striker.

"It was not easy: he's a niche player. The captain came to me to say: mister, leave it alone.

"Instead I insisted, thinking of players of his size like Papu Gomez, Di Natale or Giovinco.

"If they see the goal they become devastating.

"Now he is the top scorer of the championship and Fulham want him."

I love it when we get linked to random players like these last two stories....

They don't know what to think of or say next, and both about the same height as Seri, that really is bright, there are players just as good if not better in our Academy and in Division one and two in England, and don't need time to settle, already know the routine and speak perfect English, they must still be using a pin with the light off.

Yes, but unlike TK other signings these two guys are unbelievably cheap. These players combined cost is less than the price we can get for Tayo Edun.

Fulham Linked With The January Acquisition Of A Winger

With Fulham sitting, as I type, in fourth place in the Championship table, hopes of a quick return to the Premier League are gathering momentum.

In a matter of days, the January transfer window will open and it could prove to be a vital period for the club.

Decisions have to be made as to whether there is a necessity, and the funds are available, to bring some fresh talent to Craven Cottage to give our promotion push some added impetus.

Yesterday, lurking in the pages of The Daily Mail was the inference that Fulham may well be interested in bringing in a young winger, on loan.

The winger in question is Jack Clarke, a 19-year-old who is on the books of Tottenham Hotspur but who is currently on loan at Leeds United.

Clarke joined Tottenham back in the summer but was loaned back to Leeds to further his ongoing development.

But Clarke hasn't been able to get the amount of first-team action Tottenham would like and he could be recalled.

Fulham, having sold Ryan Sessegnon to Tottenham back in the summer, could be the next stop-off point for the teenager although we should point out that our London rivals, Brentford, are also said, by our referenced source, to be interested.

Here at Vital Fulham we'll keep our eyes open for any further development and report back as deemed necessary.

Two simple questions.

1.  Why is he not playing for Leeds?
2.  Why would he leave Leeds to go to a team lower in the table?

A further simple question is that if he is not good enough for Leeds why is he good enough for us?
This is not a criticism as I know nothing about him, although I imagine SP does.

He was good enough gfor Leeds before they sold him to Spurs and good enough for Spurs to spend 10m on, just looks like Leeds have brought in more experienced players and hes dropped down the pecking order, Marco Bielsa, the Leeds boss, has now spoken out on this. "In this moment, the wingers I am focusing on are Costa, Hernandez and Harrison.

Perhaps the cunning plan is to sign the pair of them as a job lot, and then one of them is going stand on the others shoulders.

We've had a bid for Matt Kennedy, St Johnstone winger turned down.

I remember him at Everton, then he went off the radar, and then he turned up at Cardiff and was a regular there, I did not know he was currently at St Johnstone.

3. Is he better than our other 5,342 wingers and what does he think about being a defender as the Khans won't sign any?
