WBA lose & are due to play Forest soon.
forrest on fire reckon they will make top two

They win the hard games and then lose the easy games. I don't think they have enough. Would hate to get them in the playoffs though.

I had anticipated Leeds beating millwall so not feeling too frustrated about the result. Sure, milwall being 2 goals up at halftime I thought they'd see it out however this league never fails to surprise me.
West Brom losing is fantastic. On the whole, results have been okay tonight. As it stands we are 4 points behind WBA and 6 behind Leeds. I reckon Leeds and WBA will win their following game respectively, but with now 17 or 16 games remaining, anything can happen. I think Millwall will be a huge game for  us and also them since they are in the mix. Just bought my tickets for that...

Huddersfield is the sort of game where nothing short of a victory will be sufficient. I fully expect us to win that game and will be quite unimpressed if we don't. But then again, we are fulham!

Hull really have fallen apart.

Big win for Huddersfield. Need to get at them for the start at the weekend. Can't afford to drop points against them.
Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

And just like that this day turned to poo.

Cardiff won against WBA, who are now on the worst form in the league.

SP

6/1 on Forest for promotion still.

Leeds worries me more than West Brom.

Only need one to fall off. People on here have been hyperfocusing on Leeds.

An unnecessary distraction for Villa?

The League is an unnecessary distraction for Villas Wembley Cup Final you mean.

Love the beast of reason. +1.

Bloody close up there, and lots of winnable games for us in the pipe line.

Going to be a spicy run in, exciting stuff!

Yeah there are less than 11 points between us and 11. Remembering that leeds and West Bromwich had that margin for error and how quickly it disappeared the playoffs are anyone's for the taking if a team puts together a run.

One Martin Thomas

All the top teams know that if we ever get going, we can still win this league ! Will we though ?

filham

All teams have now played 29 games and things are pretty close.

We are in the promotion race and every one of the remaining 17 games is going to be tough, essential we get our act together for the first of these games against Huddersfield on Saturday.
