Sing the song tomorrow,  sing it loud and sing it proud.

May he rest in peace.

Woolly Mammoth

What more can I say that has not already been said, I watched him from the first game he made his debut. Same age as me, a legend in his own lifetime. I am honoured to have watched him play for Fulham.
Rest In Peace Jimmy.

Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy Conway on the wing, on the wing
O Jiiiimeee, Jiiiimeee Conway, Jimmy Conway on the wing

As a 7-year old taken to the Cottage by my Dad and uncle for the first time in 1973 it was Jimmy on the right and Les on the left that were my first Fulham hero's.  RIP Jimmy.  Dad and uncle David will be pleased to see you upstairs for a chin wag.

They were a great wing pair weren't they? I was a bit older but they also gave me so much pleasure in the 70's.

:plus one:

What a wonderful player for us. Jimmy was a linchpin of our early seventies side. I first followed Fulham in 72 and Jimmy was a mainstay in our team. His illness and demise are very upsetting.
