Bury AFC have been accepted into the North West Counties Football League for next season pending approval of their playing facilities.

A message posted on Bury AFC's Twitter account read: "Bury AFC are listed below for inclusion (to the) North West Counties Football League for 2020/21. This confirms our belief that we are the only team currently with an application in to play football in Bury next season. BRING. IT. ON."

Someone once asked me, "Why Fulham?".
My response, "Well, lad, you just haven't seen the light yet"

Chester as well, AFC Halifax. Good luck Bury!   :54: It's always the supporters who bring a club back to life.

Just imagine if we now followed AFC Fulham in the National League South.....

Yes, I'll never forget the match we lost 2-1 at Torquay United when we were 91st in the 4th Div and they were 92nd.
That result lead to Ian Branfoot being replaced by Micky Adams taking over immediately and a really gutsy 0-0 draw the following Tuesday at Belle Vue against Doncaster Rovers and things improved greatly from thereon.
Micky Adams is possibly the most important manager in Fulham's history as, those around in those days will testify, we were dreadful for many years until his appointment and heading for the Conference.
