Sad news this morning Jack Charlton has passed away, what a defender he was and seemed a decent man as well.

One person commented that Jack was also one of the earliest and most prominent members of the Anti-Nazi.League and also showed strong support for the miners those troubled days.

This is also a Great tribute show, soon after he left Ireland in 96...gets quite surreal near the end...

As a Londoner with Irish parents I could have played for the guy, and would have been an honour. Great memories of watching their games in the Pub as a teenager.
