It is down to Scott to decide who is fully fit and who's niggles and knocks can be trusted for some of the game. MacDonald and Johansen are both well rested and Cavaleiro is raring to go as was seen when he took off his yellow bid at the end of the game against Cardiff and threw it into the box. The wide pitch at Wembley could suit Knockaert and Cav, but it will not depend on who scores first, it will depend on which team uses their possession best and gets to each others byeline more often!
