Christie definitely offers a threat going forward, crossing, and cutting inside and shooting - he can assist and score himself.
But Scott may well go with Odoi or his defensive qualities.

Brentford are a potent attacking force on their day, with pacey, skilful players, and we  need to be on our mettle defensively.
Against Cardiff, we defended heroically at times, with Rodak playing his part, and certainly were up to the battle, but we also looked vulnerable, especially,as so often this season at the start of each half, when we were a bit uncertain and nervy in the face of Cardiff's arial onslaught, aided by the ref of course.

Brentford are completely different attacking proposition, and we need to stand strong defensively, with all the team playing their role,  to close down their attackers, especially early in the game.

I thought Christie defended very well against Hoilett in particular.
No reason to drop him in my mind.
