I believe they count seats sold, so any season ticket holders who were not there get counted anyway.
Hopefully the touts were left with a load of unsold tickets on their hands.

Fair play to the Burnley fans, there must of been at least 2,000 of them on a cold Tuesday night....  I was suprised at the gate..  i was thinking more like 21,000
