Tactically inept
Always has been always will be

Starting Cav 😳

Endless crosses to Mitro 😳

Dropping Rodak 🙄

Starting Cav and dropping Rodak doesn't make the manager tactically inept. They are selection choices. That said I do think it was harsh on Rodak, although I doubt if he had been selected that the outcome of the first three matches would have been any different.
A good tactician knows how to line up his team, it's down to the players to earn their place and Rodak had done that, Cav on the other hand isn't fit to even be in that stadium,
Long balls to Mitro was Parker's call

Absolutely inept and zero creativity

I'm not going to argue that Parker got his tactics right today because I don't believe he did. I understand why he tried 5 at the back after the first two games. It just didn't work but that's  probably as much about the players who aren't good enough for the Premier League.
I don't believe Parker is tactically inept but I do feel that he's been let down by the DOF who hasn't given him the players to make a go of staying in the division. Just as a reminder it was Parker's tactics that nullified Brentford to win the play off final not that long ago.
