We could build a team around Tete (although he's injured), Lookman, Johansen, Robinson, Bryan and Anguissa and perhaps Rodak too.

That's seven out of 11, meaning you could argue we're 4 behind being able to compete. That, or! - We sign 2 CB's who can organise the defence and make a solid contribution and that security of a solid defence could make the rest of the forward players contribute more.

I imagine it's pretty difficult being a forward minded player if your defence is constantly vulnerable or leaking goals.

I don't understand though how we can lose 3-0 to brentford when we beat them less than a month ago with much of the same squad. Confidence must be very low and also, Parker - where was his management and tactics of the player and game?

Lookman was fantastic, he has won his place in starting 11 imo.

TK out!

Rj Fulham

Lookman has to have significant game time against wolves, he changed the feel of the game the first 10-15 minutes,  his attack and drive were a step above everyone else on the pitch, hopefully he can lift some of the other guys up with him :54:

If the attached is true, we're going to see quite a bit of Lookman.
The feeling from Everton fans is conflicting. He either didn't get much of a chance, or he didn't deserve one.

Both he and Onomah were in the U20 world cup win. Wonder how much Parker influenced vs our relationship and the exposure we gave Ryan Sessegnon at the time?
