Different set of players, same system since Parker took over. Slow steady movement and passing = easy to get enough opposition players behind the ball to defend against us. I can't see Parker changing his system, If we can't walk the ball into the net and score surely Parker would suggest hitting from distance. Why wait until the game is lost before having a shot from distance? If Parker cannot change, the club will change him, permanently!

Good post! Sums up the attacking problem. What about the defensive frailties?

By changing his system, he will be admitting that it doesn't work. There were plenty of opportunities to shoot from distance, he even shyed away from some opportunities. Cariney was in a similar situation with a previous manager, about not taking the 'shot' on.
