Must have been. And, early goals conceded both at start of games and after half time are killing us. Why do we start playing from the back and passing sideways across field early on in games in our own half? We should mix it up and play more direct, or work the space in channels first 15 min until we settle.  We don't start playing until we go behind 1 or 2 goals and at this level that's suicide

I was at that game. Alan sent a back pass towards the Hammersmith End without looking and Tony Macedo was at one of the uprights kicking the mud off his boots.... it was inside 10 seconds. We end up losing 1-6.  :022:

We had a home game v Exeter early 90s I think.
Memory isn't 100% but pretty sure they scored about 30 seconds after kick off? Was a big game for us too.
