It's one of the many admirable traits of SP...no favourites. I was wondering if Lampard was ringing to query RLC not playing but Parker has waited wisely. That sent a message to the Chelsea player that he has to earn his place. Likewise being prepared to leave Cairney out, despite the fact that some of his recent play has been of far higher order than usual, and Mitro even if for just tactical reasons spells it out. It's what's good for FFC that counts
