Walk it in

The difference between us and a lot of teams is that we try to walk it in so often. We are obsessed with perfection in the build-up, and no one takes a shot until it absolutely 100% the right decision.

We finished the Spurs match with 3 shots on target...3...we were losing 1-0, and we only get 3 shots on target. That is the most frustrating stat of all for me. People want to talk about how we deserved to win, this and that, well no - you don't deserve to win the match with 3 shots on target. If the goal was to win possession stats, then give us the trophy. If it's to come away with 1 or 3 points, then forgive us while we pass and dribble in shooting positions first.

Not sure its about walking it in and more about talent.  RLC tried shooting 90 seconds in and scuffed it (he is not a great finisher at all).  Anguissa, Lemina and Reed arent really finishers.  Lookman needs to run at guys and Maja seems like an in the box finisher.

We played amazing today (especially the 2nd half) but you are right in general.  Even if we get that goal called for us, it would have only been a few shots on target and 2 were headers.  We dont have a finisher and our central midfielders dont apply pressure on the other teams with shots around the box.

Its just gutting that we didnt get at least a draw today.  Football is cruel.  I saw a stat today that Palace have 5 points in their last 3 games with 4 shots on goal.

We got many shots off o goal, but none  beating the keeper, or even on target, apart from Josh's goal.
