BOOM Radio

Discovered a great little radio station recently.
Has Nicky Horn, Kid Jensen and the dulcet tones of our very own Diddy David Hamilton among its presenters.

Thanks I'll take a listen.
Late sixties Diddy on Radio1/2 playing stuff I loved.
Working for BT installing switchboard in office block lying on floor waiting for cable to come through conduit, momentarily closed my eyes listening to Diddy just as boss man in suit came in!!!!
Some serious grovelling required to hang on to job. Stayed for 25 years after that close call.

Unfortunately, and ironically, it is not available on AM/FM.
It is either DAB or on the dreaded App !
Just ask Alexa, she’ll connect you straight away  :003:

Love Boom radio, it's the nearest thing to the pirate radio stations of the '60s...really varied selection of music from 1950s to the present day, best radio station going for me.

Good shout SB, nice to hear some different songs.

David Hamilton mentioned today that the classic football anthem 'Viva el Fulham' reached the giddy heights of number 46 in the charts.  Still got my copy somewhere, I'm amazed it charted so high?
