Out of work managers

WORTHINGFULHAM

Montella for me, was at the club for a short spell on loan bit more importantly impressive managerial record

The Rational Fan

1/2 that lost is worse than Parker, a 1/4 is no improvement and the other 1/4 won't make the shortlist.

rebel

How many former Fulham players are on that list?

Woolly Mammoth

A reasonable percentage of those names probably couldn't run a Sunday morning team and many wouldn't come to Fulham for one main reason. There are about 4 of them given the right tools could do a decent job, but then so could Scott Parker given the right tools.
But they have all got one thing in common, they would all probably have to work under the same regime, and that would not work.

Great lost but misses a few good Euro managers. We want someone ambitious full of energy and bright. We could do worse than Wagner or Howe.

clarkey

Sorry should have said Great List...also Wooly Mammoth there is nothing to suggest Scott could be a good manager  in anything he has done in the last two seasons. You forget in the Champs he was terrible with the best squad in the league.I know you are being admirably loyal but honestly he has not been great at all.Nine goals in a year is the legacy.

True, many couldn't run a Sunday team, but that does mean they won't get the job. If we sack anyone at the club, a worse person will apply and we might choice that person.

For example, if our DOF is sacked and the Rational Fan is appointed fans will soon be singing bring Tony back.

A lot of these are out of work for a reason. The rest are unattainable for us, or not someone I'd want us associated with.
Yes, indeed, but nowadays it seems yoi can get a knighthood from the State or be forever obliterated from social media for stating the bleedin' obvious depending upon whether or not a comment is 'woke'.

A true list of potential FFC head coach/manager appointees (better than Patker) may certainly run to more than one name but it is resricted by suitability for the job and how they may or may not fit in.  But just looking at the form of those performing the selection and appointment roles the current crop of 'answers' is not without a load of question marks attached as to why they are even still at FFC.

No sir, if you replaced the D of F the fans would be singing " keep The Rational Fan he is our saviour ". " His predecessor has inflicted damage on Fulham in the same way The Charge of the Light Brigade did on Army Recruitment, we are happy to keep The Rational Fan".
That would be sung to the tune of  " Ime Only Human After All "  by  'The Rag and Bone man'.

What a load of no hopers & journey man managers. There are very good reasons why they are out of work. Either they are like Matt Hancock or got sufficient in pay offs not to be bothered in another job.

Oakeshott

No one who is any good will work for TK.

rebel

Klinsmen we need attacking flair.

5 ex fulham players on that list.

Buffalo76

90% of the names on this list are completely irrelevant,  with respect.

Southcoastffc

If only we could attract Spain's Luis Enrique - a real man.

Elton John is a real man too.  :dft003:

I doubt it, and certainly not since the current D of F looked up his family tree and found out he was the sap.

We are lucky to have that many on the short list considering very few managers will want to work with Toxic TK.
