NFR England v Germany and covid.

Can a kind person explain covid rules to me please ,
Germany qualified last night and six days later will be playing England at Wembley,
My question is this, there will be German supporters there on the night, but how can that be ?
Are there no quarantine restrictions for German nationals to visit England ?
Does anybody know ?
I had to ask because I knew that it would be bugging me next week .
