Thank God that’s over. Ugly second half performance.

What did I just watch from Josh there at the end.

Get him out in January I'm done with him - prefer Francois!

Where is chalobah?

That was a real mess

It is pretty obvious that the effects of so many players contracting Norovirus that their energy levels over the last 2 games has suffered. A point is OK under the circumstances.

Mitro should have been subbed. He must still be unwell

A hard won point. And lucky to get it. I hope Marco doesn’t dwell on the goal and ignore the performance which was dire. Maybe the conditions and the virus played their part but the substitutions didn’t look great and we were outfought.

I completely agree. Instead of moaning about “useless performances” we should be giving some credit for getting through two games unbeaten whilst a virus has been ripping through the squad.

Says it all when Muniz didn't even come on as a sub, Mitro should never have been in the starting 11 today.

Unless Muniz has the virus, I have no idea why Mitro played today.

Tosin needs to sort himself out, he’s been garbage the last 2 games. Constantly giving the ball away in dangerous areas, and trying to step in front of players and missing the ball

In the end a point hard won and fortunate not to have a player red carded (though PNE’s Evans also fortunate).
PME goal should have been disallowed (two handballs & offside) but PNE deserved to win - we just deflated after Ream scored!
Worrying for the Bournemouth match though - hopefully the poor performance was due to illness and a test until Friday will get us back to normal. Too many of the team had an off day.

Fortunate that Odoi had a good game, got us out of trouble time after time.  Other than him the defence was seriously below par. Difficult to single out poor performances throughout the team as we don’t know how many were recovering from sickness.

Hector should have played. He was playing well and we were winning. Unless he had the lurgy obvs

If a good few of our players were recovering from Norovirus & wanted to play whilst not being 100% I salute them for their committment. Anyone who has suffered this virus will know it takes a lot longer to fully recover than 2-3 days & then carry out strenuous exercise.

Agreed, he just stopped running and I felt certain they were going to score in that attack.surely when others are fit he gets nowhere near the team.

I think Hector should be given a chance over Tosin, he's been a liability the last few games.

Just watched the goal replays. Reasons why VAR would have disallowed it: Foul on Rodak. Handball (not the scorer - the previous one that was obviously deliberate). Scorer offside (there have to be TWO defenders playing him offside, normally one is the goalkeeper so linos just look for one other. In this case the goalie was taken out of the equation leaving the scorer with only one defender -so offside).

A virus plus not enough recovery time from Weds evening. Thanks EFL and Sky
