I'm pretty sure when I ordered mine the acknowledgement said a new one would be sent. Probably next week

Was a bit phased when I booked extra tickets for the opening match vs Middlesbrough that I couldn't download them there and then . We are less than two weeks away - but if people are still waiting to print their Charlton tickets then it may be even be just a couple of days before.
